2800Nm single speed pneumatic torque wrench

In the beginning of the new year, Wavor launched a new model of single speed pneumatic torque wrench, PSW-28, which has intense structure and great endurability. The net weight of PSW-28 is 7.5kg, minimum torque 430Nm, maximum torque 2800Nm, which has a wide torque range. This tool could start work with minimum 1 bar air supply, maximum free speed 10.5rpm, drive square 1.5" (25.4mm). Air power supply requirement: 6bar, minimum 800L/min clean & dry compressed air. Within stable and sufficient air power supply, the tool could ensure output accuracy ±5%, repeat accuracy ±3%. The driving system of PSW-28 is the same with PSW-21, with high speed & efficiency air motor, integrated die-casting aluminum shell, which greatly prolonged the working life.
This PSW-28 pneumatic torque wrench could be used for the locking & unlocking job for bolts M24-M42, nuts 36-65mm, completely meet the requirement of high working frequency, especially for explosion-proof industry such as oil, mining.
